I am a writer. Not the kind who takes up a full rack in the one bookstore left in town. The Curse Under the Freckles, Stinky, Rotten Threats, and The Ugly Mood Storm are available in the Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and on Amazon.

However, words and I are friends, the way a lawyer plunges into thousands of pages of law. The way a plumber plunges into his territory. And yes, the smell can be similar. Putting together a poem or story can take time before all the bugs, mistakes, and multiple errors backspace away. I contribute to Piker Press, an online magazine.

I am also a wife, and six children call me Grandma.
